1. Digital Products & Refund Eligibility

Our products, such as digital designs and templates, are delivered electronically and immediately accessible upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital items, refunds are typically not provided once files have been downloaded. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we’re here to help in specific cases.

Non-Refundable Purchases

• Downloaded Products: Once a product is downloaded, it becomes ineligible for a refund.

• Completed Services: Refunds are not available for custom design services once the design process has begun or the final design files have been delivered.

Refund Eligibility Exceptions

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

Technical Issues: If there is a technical issue with a file that prevents you from using it as intended, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, please notify us within 7 days for a refund on the duplicate transaction.
